Description

Providing four star accommodation in a luxurious barn conversion, it is the only National Trust bed and breakfast farm in Northumberland. It is located near to Haltwhistle, Hexham, Corbridge, Haydon Bridge and Alston. There are loads of things to do and see, like Hadrians Wall, important Roman sites of Vindolanda, Housesteads, Birdoswald and Chesters, historic Alnwick Castle and gardens, Kielder Water, Northumberland National Park and beautiful coastline including Holy Island and Farne Islands. A host of sites can be accessed using the award winning Hadrians Wall Bus Service, which is less than a mile away.
Wydon welcomes all types of guest like cyclists, walkers, families and dog owners. For the cyclist, there is the Hardians Wall cycle path and for walkers there is a host of Hadrians Wall national trails and shepherds walks.
