We are located in the village of Boxley, about 5 miles north of Maidstone, the county Town of Kent. We have 3 rooms available, all clean and fresh with very comfortable beds, television and plenty of storage. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with bathroom shared between the two. Bathroom has full size bath, shower, WC and hand basin. Downstairs is a large reception room leading to the 3rd bedroom and a utility room. The utility room has fridge, iron and ironing board and microwave. The downstairs bedroom has its own WC with hand basin and walk in shower. We have a very large garden, with lawned orchard area and several places with comfy chairs for you to relax in. Choice of two 400 year old, 2 bedroom cottages with period features and all facilities. The cottages each have a comfortable lounge with inglenook fireplace and TV. Each kitchen is well equipped for self caterers with full size cooker, refrigerator and washing machine plus a small Microwave oven. We look forward to welcoming you to Maidstone
