BRON Y GRAIG is a delightful Victorian former Manse, located in the heart of the village of Llanberis, also known as 'the lakeside village' due to its proximity to Llyn Padarn (Padarn Lake) which nestles at the foot of Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa). Our peaceful detached property is set in its own terraced gardens and enjoys an elevated position, only two minutes from the village High Street, with the Snowdon Mountain Railway terminus, and mountain hiking trails only a short distance away. The house has three en-suite letting rooms (2 Double and 1 Twin bedrooms), with each room furnished with new beds, and decorated to a very high standard (WTB graded 4 Stars) including period furnishings and antiques. Care has been taken to ensure that each room is equipped with all the accessories the discerning guest now demands, including remote colour TV, digital clock radio, tea & coffee making facilities and hairdryer. In addition a refrigerator is located at first floor level to ensure that fresh milk, bottled water etc is close at hand. A separate lounge is available on the ground floor for guests' use. Breakfast is offered in the comfort of our guest dining room, where you may enjoy a full Welsh breakfast cooked using only the best available local produce. Caeau Capel is situated on 1 1/2 acres of land in the historical town of Nefyn on the beautiful Lleyn Peninsula. With views of the North Wales coastline just a short stroll will bring you to magnificent scenic cliffs or Nefyn's 2 mile sweep of gently sloping sandy beaches. Caeau Capel was built in the late 1800's as a country house for the Miller family whose daughter went on to marry, at the turn of the century, the Prime Minister Clement Atlee who was a frequent visitor to the house. Caeau Capel has 17 tastefully furnished en-suite bedrooms (single/twin/double/family rooms) and one four-poster bedded room with its own private bathroom. They all have TV, clock radio and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms have balconies and sea views. Evening dinners are home cooked using local produce where possible which can be enjoyed in a spacious dining room overlooking the grounds with sea and mountains beyond.

The Gro is a period property part believed to have been built in the 1600s formally The Gro Vicarage & Llanllwchaian Vicarage. We have recently been extensively refurbished to a very high standard, and in fact have actually reduced from 6 bedrooms to 4 to enable us to offer luxury en-suite facilities in each room.
