Have you received an email booking that you think might be a scam - We receive email scams quite regularly and want to share the information you should watch out for.

We receive emails regularly from people supposedly wanting to book accommodation, but they are scams and will steal money from you.

Common signs are:

- they never address you personally, or mention your accommodation
- they are always generic in their content, so they can send it to multiple emails
- they usually pretend to be professional people
- they usually seem to use a yahoo email address
- they are usually from abroad with groups of people- but not always
- they have started to give addresses - and although the addresses are correct, they are NOT associated with the address they give -as they don't exist.
