Havenhouse Farm is a small, tranquil site, set in the rural lincolnshire countryside. The River Steeping runs alongside the site, and there is a small, well stocked fishing lake used by patrons of Havenhouse only, which can be seen from all caravan plots. Havenhouse itself is a friendly family run Bed & Breakfast offering five letting rooms and a new barn conversion which sleeps 6 comfortably. Set approximately four miles away from Skegness, Havenhouse Farm offers the peace and tranquillity of the countryside, but within easy travelling distance of the seaside attractions of Skegness, Ingoldmells & Chapel St Leonards. The facilities at Havenhouse Farm include bed & breakfast rooms (including a large family bedroom), a beautiful site for tourer caravans and motorhomes, a sheltered orchard for pitching tents, electric hook - ups, shower block and chemical waste disposal. Havenhouse Farm can also offer self catering holiday accomodation with a single storey barn conversion, sleeping up to 6 people and suitable for use by disabled guests. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and bunkbeds, sleeping up to four people. The comfortable Lounge has a sofa bed and can sleep another two people. The Lounge opens onto a fully equipped modern kitchen. The laminate flooring throughout is suitable for wheelchairs, and the wetroom is equipped with grab rails and safety flooring. There is also a small tea room open peak season & bank holidays. The tea room offers a wide range of hot & cold snacks & meals Havenhouse farm has one double room, two twin rooms and a single room all sharing a bathroom and one family en-suite room sleeping upto 4, all newly decorated and furnished to a high standard. Every room has a colour television and a video player with videos available to hire as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Havenhouse Farm is a camping and caravanning club certified site with 12 touring pitches and 9 electric hook-ups adjacent to a small well stocked fishing lake. Each of the two shower rooms has wash hand basins and wc's. The shower block also has washing up facilities and a chemical toilet disposal point. Showers are free. We look forward to welcoming you!

Willow Farm is a registered smallholding of 15 acres, with ponies, goats and free-range hens. You are welcome to look around the farm while you are here Children are welcome to help feed the Goats and hens and help us look for the eggs! Accommodation is in en-suite rooms either double or twin and an extra bed can be added in either for a small child if requested. Some rooms are accessible for disabled guests. All rooms have en-suite shower, basin and WC. Each room has a colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, kettle and toaster. A breakfast basket is included in your room price and is served in your room. This consists of bread or muffins to toast, butter, marmalade and jams, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, milk and fresh juice. We can also provide sandwiches and cold suppers on request. There are many good local pubs and restaurants if you require a hot evening meal.
