Folly Farm Cottage is a lovely 15th century thatched Devon longhouse situated on the ‘beach side’ of the village of Braunton. The cottage has undergone complete refurbishment and offers 2 rooms - 1 double and 1 room sleeping 4, both with en-suite facilities. The accommodation is in a completely separate self-contained area of the building and guests have their own private access. Our Premier Double Room is our largest bedroom with spacious en-suite shower room, large widescreen flat TV with Freeview, trouser press, touch lamps and a few little extras to make your stay special. We serve a hearty full English breakfast using local produce, including our own free range eggs (when available), in our large, spacious dining room. Full English breakfast includes: cereals, fruit juices, fruit, yogurts, egg, bacon, sausage, tomato, mushrooms, fried potatoes, baked beans, toast and tea/coffee etc.. An alternative breakfast such as kippers is also usually available. The Vine Cottages are newly built traditional barn style cottages situated in the grounds of Kittiwell house. The cottages nestle beneath the surrounding fields and farmland within the quiet location of the Kittiwell at the bottom of the valley. All the cottages are furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style, all have central heating (inc in price), and all three sleep 4/5 people plus cot (by arrangement).
