Our apartments situated on Morrison Street & Grove Street, in the heart of the West End of Edinburgh, only a short walk to Princes Street offer exceptional value for the leisure or business traveller. The Apartments are located in an ideal situation for shopping, restaurants, bars, and places of interest to the visitor. It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk to Princes Street (the main commercial Street in Edinburgh), and 15-20 minutes to the Castle from the apartments.Each of our apartments has a lounge with dining area, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/drier and bathroom with bath & shower. The lounge/dining area has comfortable sofas, cable TV (including news, sports & movie channels) & a direct dial phone. Everything is provided, from bed linen & towels to wine glasses. A hairdryer is also provided. Housekeeping will refresh the apartment for you daily. Although the apartments are self catering an initial starter pack of breakfast cereals, fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits is provided on arrival.The accommodation is in a secure environment with CCTV and entry-phone system, electric gates and a lift to all floors. Due to ongoing construction work next to Grove Street, on-site car parking is limited for guest staying at Grove Street only and is on a first come first serve basis. There shall be a daily charge for car parking of £6. For guests staying at Morrison Street there is a nearby NCP car park costing around £8 per day. Please note that there is no lift at Morrison Street. Please note that ongoing constructionis taking place at 115-121 Grove Street until December 2008.

There are 45 bedrooms, all with small showers and WC en suite. Rooms are equipped with direct dial telephones, television, hospitality tray, trouser press and hairdryer. The hotel is completely non smoking both in the public areas and the bedrooms. An elevator serves the three upper floors.
