We have a cosy lounge with a Gas fire for those colder evenings a colour free-view television, video and DVD player and an assortment of films. books to read and plenty of music for you to listen to, also we have a small licensed bar. The world wide web is available on request. You have a mouth watering choice of either a sizzling full English breakfast, or a lighter Continental breakfast. There is a range of fruit juices, cereals, preserves, toast and/or croissants, fresh coffee and tea, and our optional home cooked evening meal using local produce. We look forward to your visit!

The Hotel, originally built in 1549, is situated in the heart of the Isle of Purberk, Dorset, ideally based for seeing the local sights and the surrounding towns of Swanage, Bournemouth, Poole, Wareham and Weymouth. Mortons House Hotel is a historic sixteenth century Elizabethan Manor House situated in the beautiful village of Corfe Castle in the Isle of Purbeck. The Manor is one of the earliest in Corfe and without doubt, the finest. Built in 1590 in the shape of an ‘E’ to honour Queen Elizabeth I, it has in more recent times been sympathetically converted into a 21 bedroom hotel. Many rooms have views of the Castle and others look towards the Steam Railway and Purbeck Hills.
