Most of the bedrooms have flat screen televisions/DVD/multi channels. Wireless internet is available for your PC. Breakfasts are scrummy with fruit, nuts, cereal, full English or a fish alternative. We are well situated for the theatres, Devonshire Park Tennis and the South Downs Way leading to Beachy Head. There are no sea views from the house. Parking is unrestricted in the quiet road.
