" We are situated in the heart of Ambleside, surrounded by dramatic scenery and just a minutes walk away from the town's many eating places, pubs, shops and other amenities.

Our house is a stone built Victorian building retaining some of its original character and providing excellent facilities at an affordable rate. We have single, double, twin and family rooms, all furnished and decorated to a high standard. We are a non-smoking house.

We know the Lake District well and will be pleased to help you to make the most of your holiday in our beautiful area.
