We are situated in the heart of Ambleside, surrounded by dramatic scenery and just a minutes walk away from the town's many eating places, pubs, shops and other amenities.

Our house is a stone built Victorian building retaining some of its original character and providing excellent facilities at an affordable rate. We have single, double, twin and family rooms, all furnished and decorated to a high standard. We are a non-smoking house.

We know the Lake District well and will be pleased to help you to make the most of your holiday in our beautiful area.

Cyclists and walkers welcome, we have bike storage for your bikes.

We are open all year round and look forward to welcoming you to Ambleside.

We are centrally placed in Ambleside, convenient for all of the towns many amenities. We can provide all the information you need to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

There are many fine walks and cycle routes available on all levels right from our door. We can help you to plan your walk/ride.
