" The Arlington House Hotel especially welcomes tourists and commercial travellers. We provide good quality comfortable accommodation. The rooms have just been refurbished. The hotel allows you to be flexible as to arrival and departure because you do not need to obtain a key.

The rooms are elegant with the facility to work at a desk, relax or eat. There is an LCD television with freeview and recording ability. A radio, hairdrier and hostess tray is provided. The new ensuites are spacious with a modern shower enclosure, washbasin and w.c. Toiletries and towels are renewed daily. The beds are comfortable with high quality white satin stripe duvets. We pride ourselves on a high standard of cleanliness.

A prepacked continental breakfast is provided to allow full flexibility in your arrangements ; additional cereals and yoghurt are available. Please enquire for cooked organic breakfast (bacon, eggs and mushrooms). There is fresh or longlife milk. A microwave for guests is provided and a minicooler, tray,disposable plate and cutlery is in the room. The local public house does our evening meals and is three minutes walk away.

" The hotel is situated on the main road to Exeter, five minutes from Junction 28 (Cullompton) of the M5 . There is also access to the Streatham Campus end of Exeter via Killerton and the Tiverton Road.

The airport is seven miles from us.Tourists will find that across the road is a National Trust wood.

Nearby there is a fishing lake, quad bike centre and an antique warehouse.

The Killerton estate surrounds us with Killerton House and parkland (open all year) two miles away.

The bus stops outside every fifteen minutes for Cullompton and Exeter (varied according to timetable). "
