" The Rowcroft is a highly recommended licensed, 4 Diamond family hotel in a great position, with a 100 metre level walk to glorious beaches and overlooking a tranquil park complete with boating lake. It is very well positioned for the many attractions of the Paignton centre - just 7 to 8 minutes walk away

All of our spacious, comfortable twin, double & family rooms are heated and en-suite. Each contains colour TV, Radio/Alarm, hairdryer, shaver point, courtesy Tea and Coffee plus complimentary toiletries. All rooms have attractive sea, park or garden views. Access is allowed at all times.

Our spacious dining room overlooks the park and wonderful sea views. You will have your own table to enjoy the fullest of cooked breakfasts or home-cooked dinners. We use only the freshest ingredients.

Even though all rooms have their own TVs, you may prefer to relax in our residents lounge. The lounge is fan-cooled in summer and enjoys park and sea views.

The Rowcroft is fully licensed and is air conditioned in the summer. Our bar provides a relaxing place to drink and we offer a wide range of cooled bottled and canned beers, wines, spirits, liqueurs and soft drinks. Children are welcome with parents. Drinks may be charged to rooms.

The hotel is in a truly glorious position - this picture is taken from the park directly opposite our entrance. Lovely, clean beaches are around 100 yards level walk. Paignton centre can be reached on foot in 7 or 8 minutes. Goodrington's attractions are right on our doorstep.

" The Rowcroft is just 100 yards level walk from the beach. This picture is taken from the cliff gardens which give superb views back to the beaches and the beautiful park, complete with boating lakes, which is right outside our front door!

Maybe you'll want too cool off with a swim in the safe blue waters of Goodrington Sands. The waters are safe and clean - perfect for the whole family. Watersports are available from the beach.

Young's Park, right outside the hotel - and the cliff gardens which rise from it - are beautifully illuminated at night. Bumper boats, crazy golf, go-karts, ice creams and refreshments are available during the day.

The Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway runs along the seafront from Goodrington station to Kingswear, linking to Dartmouth via a ferry. River cruises are optional (and beautiful).

What about trying the waterslides at Quaywest Waterpark - the UK's biggest water park - the amusements and gift shop - all just two minutes walk away from the Rowcroft!

Paignton harbour is just a few minutes walk away. You might fancy a boat trip or mackerel fishing for the family.

Why not try a visit to Pennywell Farm, winner of the Visitor Attraction of the Year award. Shire horses, Birds of Prey, a Pony Centre, a Play Barn, Crafts and the Farm itself make this a great family day out.

There is also Sailing and Surfing so there is something to suit all tastes!
