Situated alongside the A 259 – Hastings to Rye Road – it blends into the beautiful rural countryside of one of the cinque port town, Winchelsea, officially the smallest town in England and only 3 miles from Rye. At the heart of this historic part of East Sussex, it is the ideal place to stay. Whatever the reason for your visit we will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
