Paul, Claire and Family, invite you to the Arden Bay Hotel.

Arden Bay is a family run hotel with the comfort of our guests always taking priority. Our aim is to combine excellent hospitality, comfort and service within a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

Arden Bay is beautifully situated on a level, only 80 yards from Preston's safe sandy beach and colourful summer beach huts. Paignton sands, harbour and shops are only a few minutes walk away. The local bus, train and coach stations are within level walking distance; however we do have our own car parking facilities.

At Arden Bay you will have your own key for access at all times. Our hearty breakfast should set you up for the day!! An optional four course evening meal is also available. All served at your own separate table, within our spacious dining room.

Arden Bay has nine bedrooms, one situated on the ground floor. They are equipped with television, tea/coffee making facilities and are fully central heated as we are open all year.

Paignton is the centre of Torbay, situated in the wonderful English Riviera. There are plenty of parks, including Quaywest water park, a large zoo and beautiful coastal walks.

Trips are available by Steam train up the Dart Valley Railway or you can enjoy the attractions in nearby Torquay or Brixham. Fishing and sightseeing trips, including evening cruises to see the Torbay Lights are also available (a sight not to be missed!!)

Regattas and Maritime events are held at different times throughout the year.

Paignton has something to offer everyone!
