We are a working farm run by husband/wife team. Rooms have tea/ coffee facilities, disposable slippers, colour TV and internet access.En suite has shower and private bathroom has shower or bath option.We offer full English breakfast or continental cold buffet. Packed lunches by arrangement. We are strictly no smoking inside the house!
For horsey travellers we have large loose boxes bedded with straw within the price of £15.00 per night. Ample lorry parking is available and we have over 50 years horse experience. Equissage massage by request. Ideal for competition riders or holiday riders as we are close to the A19 but near to The Cleveland Way Northallerton Equestrian Centre and the Hurworth Hunt.
Double victorian style room with en suite or private bathroom/shower. The farmhouse was built in 1880 and we have strived to keep it as Victorian as possible whilst offering "modern" comforts.Evening meals are optional and as we pride ourselves in our home grown, stress free beef, guests are invited to sample our steaks as a speciality evening experience!. All our ingredients are either home grown or sourced locally as we are passionate about British Farming and serving the community.

Victorian farmhouse B+B. Also offering horse and rider accomodation. Ideal for walkers/cyclists but very close to the A19 for business travellers. We have ample off road parking . We are close to the North York Moors and the Cleveland Way with the market towns of Northallerton and Stokesley within easy reach. The historic town of Yarm is just six miles north. York itself is about forty minutes drive or a train ride away.
