Description

Fir Trees is a Guest House of considerable character and charm, having being built in 1888 as a Victorian gentlemans residence retaining most of its original features.With prints and furnishings to compliment the house.

We are a member of a local country club,and guests have free access to its facilities.

We have ample off road parking. All breakfasts are cooked to order, using as much local produce as possible, special dietry requirements are catered for. Any local information can be provided.

Attractions

We are a 10 minute walk from Lake Windermere and the many amenities of Bowness including the Beatrix Potter attraction. Windermere village is also a 10 minute walk away with many bars and restaurants.
