Sue & Dave Pitman welcome you to The Florian Guest House. Self-Rated 4 star accommodation and a Jurassic Coast Quality Business.

All rooms are en-suite or have private bathroom and hae been recently re-furbished. Each room has, central heating, TV, DVD, hairdryer, radio/alarm clock, mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Towels and toiletries are provided. Free Wireless Internet access available in all rooms.

Florian is situated just 15 minutes walk from Weymouth town centre and the beach. The Rodwell Trail is just behind us, which is a pleasant walk to Ferrybridge and to the Coastal Path.

Weymouth is a traditional seaside town with a long and safe sandy beach and a working harbour. take a walk along the Quay and see fishing boats and and the Condor Ferry which can take you on a day trip to the Channel Isles.

Early breakfasts available for guests travelling on business, the Cross Channel Ferry or going on fishing/diving trips. There is storage for bikes, windsurfing boards, diving equipment etc. A outside tap is available for the rinsing of sports equipment plus drying facilities for wet clothes

The dining room is on the lower ground floor with a patio door to the south facing garden where you can sit and relax. There is a car parking area at the front.

Due to the number of stairs, including a flight down to the dining room, regretfully we are not suitable for guests with serious mobility problems. Please telephone to discuss your requirements.

Open all year, excluding Christmas and New Year, and only 0.5 mile to train, bus station and beach!

There is a selection of local shops close by, including a hairdresser, chemist and convenience shop. There are plenty of bars and clubs in the nearby town centre for those who like dance the night away.

The harbour, with its mix of working and pleasure craft, is just 10 minutes walk, where you can go out on a charter boat for a days fishing.

For those who do wish to go fishing, we can offer fridge or freezer facilities for your catch.

There are a variety of restaurants, along the harbour and in the town centre.

While in Weymouth you may like to visit nearby places like Abbotsbury Swannery & Gardens, Monkey World (featured on TV’s Monkey Business) and Bovington Tank Museum, which are just a short, drive away.
