Foxhill, originally a coaching inn dating back to 1730, offers comfortable, affordable accommodation. The rooms are in an annex so the guests enjoy greater independence and privacy having direct access to their rooms from the garden.

We welcome dogs, and horses. For bike riders we have ample secure bike storage The unspoilt location between the villages of Guiting Power and Naunton provides rural views and opportunities to enjoy walking, nature watching and other rural pursuits.

Guests are welcomed on arrival with tea (Earl Grey, herbal or coffee also on offer) and cake, which they may enjoy in the garden or by an open fire.

All rooms are characterful - beams and exposed stonework, countryside views and interestingly presented. They have well stocked tea trays, TV, hairdryer, fresh flowers and magazines. Laundry, ironing facilities fridge, BBQ and internet Wi-Fi are all available on request.

The area has many amenities and enjoys a wide variety of activities catering for all tastes. There is golf and tennis nearby at the Naunton Downs Golf Club (www.nauntondowns.co.uk), clay pigeon shooting and archery with the Clay Shooting Company (www.theclayshootingcompany.com) and Cheltenham race goers can enjoy watching the horses training up the gallops in Naunton.

For those who enjoy the Cotswold villages, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water are only 7 miles away. While the picturesque Upper and Lower Slaughter, Naunton, and Guiting Power are all within walking distance. If you are seeking a more cultural or shopping experience Stratford upon Avon, Blenheim Palace, Bath and Oxford are all within an hour’s drive.
