Glenferndale is just 7 miles from Edinburgh city centre, and on a very well serviced bus route giving you access to Edinburgh in just 20 minutes.

Set on the edge of the Sir John Clerk estate in Penicuik we have a rural feel but overlook the town of Penicuik a mere 10 minute walk to the centre. The town has a variety of shops and restaurants and pubs and is the largest in Midlothian, plus we are on a main bus route to the City of Edinburgh approx 7 miles away and you can be there in about twenty minutes.

Ideal for a peacful existence with all the facilities both Midlothian and Edinburgh have close at hand.

We offer four lettable rooms with two being en suite and the others share a bathroom adjacent to each room. However a seperate shower room is on the ground floor adjacent to the steam room which can take four people.

Double ensuite: Fern room £80.

Double rooms: Dale & Glen (share bathroom) £70.

Master room with ensuite:

Two adults and two children £100.

Two adults one child £90.

Three adults £105.

Double occupancy £80.

This ensuite bathroom has a shower and jacuzzi bath.

All rates include full breakfast. Rooms have tea and coffee facilities and TV in each room. Access to Guest Lounge and conservatory also.

We have a residents lounge complete with pool table and cinema screen for exclusive use by our guests plus a balcony to the rear with fantastic views of the Pentland hills.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement only.
