A warm and welcoming attractively decorated guest house just a short walk from Stratford upon Avon town centre, the railway station and racecourse.

Your friendly hosts, Michele & Liam have a wealth of information to help you plan your stay and advise you on route planning. We have plenty of brochures on hand for places of interest in Stratford and the surrounding areas.

Our centrally heated en-suite bedrooms all have colour T.V.'s and refreshment trays and they are all equipped with fresh towels, soap/shower gel and hairdryers.

We have a variety of bedrooms - twins, doubles and three family rooms sleeping from three to five people. Two of our rooms are situated on the ground floor

Children are welcome here and there is no age limit. We are able to provide free of charge a travel cot and high chair.

Some of our other facilities include a trouser press, iron & ironing board.

Our competitive prices include a freshly prepared full English, or you might prefer a vegetarian, vegan or continental breakfast. Special diets are also catered for, please advise us on booking.

Stratford is within easy reach of historic Warwick and the beautiful Cotswolds and many other places of interest such as Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Coventry, Birmingham – the NEC and airport are only 30 minutes away.

Conveniently situated for shopping, the Shakespearean properties, restaurants and theatres. For outdoor activities, there is riverside and across country walking, not to mention Stratford’s four golf courses. We have a launderette and public house within walking distance. Close by we have a local shop and wine store.
