Ha’penny House, a 5 star VB Silver award & 5 star AA breakfast award, is a delightful character residence offering guest accommodation in a relaxed atmosphere.

It is family run and set in a quiet residential area of Milford-on-Sea not far from the cliff top - from where there are excellent views of the Isle of Wight and The Needles.There is much of local interest including Hurst and Highcliffe Castles, Christchurch Priory, Beaulieu Abbey and The National Motor Museum.

The light and airy well appointed bedrooms are clean and comfortable with central heating, en suite bath or shower room, tea and coffee making facilities, colour TV, hairdryer and many ‘little extras’. We also have Superior rooms available.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the terraced gardens and summer house and there is ample and easy parking on site for guests use.

By prior arrangement we will be pleased to cater for guests requiring special diets.

There is a spacious sunny dining room and cosy lounge with an open fire.

We welcome also well behaved children over the age of 12 years.

A cosy, one bedroom, self catering ground floor apartment (annexe to Ha’penny House) comprising lounge, dining room, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath and shower over, and well equipped kitchen.

Clean and comfortably furnished with colour TV, fridge, microwave, electric cooker, central heating and use of washing machines in the laundry room by arrangement.
