Welcome to Highfield Farm our Guest House sits in former farm land overlooking open countryside. Once a working farm and now enhanced into luxurious accommodation in the traditional style, sets the standard for our Guest House. Our commitment shines through from the modern decor to our high levels of cleanliness and hospitality that ensure our Guests return year after year. We are strictly non smoking.

We serve an excellent breakfast in our very pleasant conservatory overlooking the orchard and swimming pool. Serving largely local produce where possible. Vegetarian options are of course available too.

We have a comfortable guest lounge with Sky tv and open range fire,which is a welcoming place to come back to after a day of activities or from your business meeting. We also have a games room with a full sized snooker table [smoking allowed] and an outdoor swimming pool for [summer use only].

All rooms here at Highfield Farm are centrally heated with en-suite bathrooms, created with the ambience and character already synonymous with the guest house.

All our double and twin bedrooms are en-suite, our two single bedrooms share a luxurious bathroom with shower or bath and we offer hospitality trays, sky tv, alarm radios, hair dryer, all shower and bath linen and an ironing board with iron can be provided on request.

Highfield Farm is situated close to many first-class golf courses including home of the famous Ryder Cup - The Belfry. As the home of the PGA, there a few better surroundings in the world of golf to see the likes of Tiger Woods and Colin Montgomerie compete at the worlds top level. The courses are designed in the style of Augusta National in a 360 acre park.

The NEC in Birmingham is also located within close proximity the the guesthouse. The NEC plays host to some of the country's most respected artists and entertainers, combining a variety of genres so that whatever your taste, the NEC has the show for you

For the business man, in the surrounding area is Hams Hall, Minworth, Tamworth, Walmley, Birmingham city centre and the NIA

Birmingham and Coventry airports are nearby and Cars requiring off airport parking can be left (at owners risk) and taxis can be arranged for our guests (at the guest's expense) to Birmingham or Coventry airports.

We have 2 pub/restaurants in the village all within walking distance and an al-carte retaurant in the next village. First class International restaurants are close by, taxis can be arranged as our guest's require.

The bourough of Sutton Coldfield also has plenty to offer it's visitors, including days out and an entertaining nightlife
