Situated just 3 miles from the city centre with a regular bus service just outside.

Guest have full use the lounge, conservatory and kitchen during their stay.

Breakfast is continental.

The rate for our Single rooms is from just £18 per night.

Leave M6 Junction 32 (from south follow "Garstang" sign but keep in left hand lane)

Follow signs for "Preston" for 100 yards, turn left.

Turn Left at roundabout "Cottam" for 1.5 miles

At next roundabout take 3rd exit into "Tom Benson Way"

at next roundabout - turn right into "Cottam Way"

at next roundabout tun left into "Canberra Lane" till house is on left.
