Brighton is the most cosmopolitan, exciting, extraordinary seaside city in Britain. The city centre can easily be covered on foot without a map, more so if you just want to take in the sea breeze, or jump into the water for a swim or just browse around the fantastic shops. There are some fabulous restaurants and bars in easy walking distance.
