We are a friendly family run Birmingham Bed and Breakfast, and only 9 minutes from the Birmingham NEC, so if you are looking for a B&B in Birmingham near the Birmingham NEC we are your ideal choice.

All rooms are ensuite with television, tea making facilities and are Centrally heated. We cater for special diets (please mention when booking).

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Ironing facilities and a hairdryer are available.

We are a non smoking establishment.

Set in the heart of the Country yet only 9 minutes from the NEC, Birmingham International Airport and Train Station. We are close to the M42 J6, M6 J4 and the A45.

Within easy distance to Warwick Castle, Royal Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Stratford Upon Avon, Solihull, Coventry and Birmingham. There are a number of restaurants in the village.
