The Meridale offers great value for money and is ideally situated on the seafront in Eastbourne. We have 6 well-equipped en-suite rooms - some with seaviews. We are just 2 minutes walk from the level seaside promenade leading to the pier, town, theatres & marina. There is unrestricted on street parking outside the guest house & in all adjacent roads.

We are open all year round & offer the perfect place for relaxation yet are within easy reach of the many attractions that Eastbourne has to offer.

In the mornings you can look forward to a hearty English breakfast, or lighter option, served in the attractive dining room. (Breakfasts can be available from 6.30am by prior arrangement if you need to make an early start.)

Walkers & cyclists are welcome - we have a secure, gated area for bikes overnight & can provide packed lunches at reasonable cost if required.

There is something for everyone - facilities for watersports & sailing are close by, as is the bowling green, also Treasure Island for the children.

The stunning countryside of the South Downs & fabulous walks along the cliff tops are all easily accessible. There are 4 theatres providing a variety of entertainment & many special events throughout the season.

Eastbourne offers a wealth of restaurants to suit all tastes ranging from traditional fish & chips to Thai, Mexican, Turkish & Greek
