Mill Stream Cottage a refurbished 19th century cottage

Mill Stream holiday cottage was built in the 19th Century and has recently been re-furbished offering bright fresh self catering accommodation for up to three people.

There is a cosy living room with comfy sofa and chair, scatter cushions and throws, and lovely rug on the carpeted floor. This leads through to a contemporary kitchen with slate floor and dining area with oak table and white designer chairs.

A small conservatory with seating for three, is the perfect place to sit and relax, and will provide you with the first of the stunning views of the historic water meadows, from here there are steps down on to the large deck area that will then give you further views of the wonderful Mill Pond and stream which run from the River Stour.

Stairs, that are a bit steep and maybe not suitable for the very young or less mobile, take you to the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is very light and spacious with a large walk-in wardrobe. There is a king-sized bed with pocket sprung mattress, topper, duvet and throws. The second bedroom has a lovely single bed, again with topper, duvet and throw, and being at the back of the cottage has the enviable views of the Water Meadows. There is enough room for a cot either here or in the main bedroom. Each room has its own main door, however connecting doors allow both bedrooms to be occupied separately or as one, so with only two people staying this can make the main bedroom very roomy.

Mill Stream Cottage is fitted with high quality furnishings and fittings throughout.
