It is a light and spacious bungalow in a tree lined Avenue in the Downland village of Kingston. A footpath from the garden leads to the South Downs way in the new Southdowns National Park.
We have a 4 Star Highly Commended rating from the AA.
The guest house has a double room and a twin bedded room. Both rooms en-suite with both bath and shower (the shower being over the bath) and Radio and Telvision in both rooms
Both bedrooms have comfortable furnishings and Vi-spring beds (one super-king size).
Each room is supplied with tea and coffee making facilities. A hairdryer, iron and an ironing board are also provided.
Dinner is not available but Jean is happy to advise on local restaurants.
Delicious breakfasts are cooked in the Aga, with locally sourced ingredients. The free-range household hens provide fresh organic eggs. Home baked bread and home made marmalade is also offered.
