Being Situated at the foot of Blencathra, we are only 10 minutes easy drive from Keswick, Derwentwater and Thirlmere, and 15 minutes from Ullswater, Penrith and the M6.

All our bedrooms are en-suite, centrally heated, with tea/coffee facilities, colour television and fridges. A separate entrance from our private car park allows guests access to their rooms and to a traditional lounge with a wood burning stove.
