We are a friendly, family run bed and breakfast ideally located in Bournemouth which has recently been refurbished.

All of our bedrooms are en-suite with towels and complimentary toiletries provided. You will also find Tea and Coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, freeview LCD TV's, and free WI/FI access. Family and superior rooms are available on request.

We are situated very close to Southbourne beach, approx 150 metres to the cliff top and are on a quiet tree lined road.

Southbourne is situated between Christchurch and Bournemouth.

There is a 20 minute level promenade walk to Boscombe Pier and the new Surf Reef. Bournemouth pier with all of its attractions is another 20 minutes away.

Southbourne Village is only 500 metres away. Local pubs, restaurants and public transport are all within a five minute walk. You can take a ferry ride from Hengistbury Head to Christchurch and the local market or Mudeford Quay where locally caught Crab and Lobster can be sampled.

The New Forest is also only a 10 minute drive away.

There are so many things to do with fantastic walks, sightseeing, boat trips, fishing, surfing, swimming, horse riding, cycling, golf etc but we must not forget this is also a great place to RELAX!

From Southbourne beach you can see the Isle of Wight to the East and Swanage and Poole to the West.
