We are ideally situated being only 100 metres from the beach , just 5 mins walk from the Eastbourne theatres and Devonshire Park , yet only a short walk from the town centre.

Nearby Beachy Head and The South Downs National Park offers superb walking with fantastic scenery or join us on one of our fully guided birdwatching breaks.
