Situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Wootton Fitzpaine, The Limes is just over a mile inland from Charmouth, beach lovers’ and fossil hunters’ paradise and part of the World Heritage Jurassic coastline, 10 minutes drive from Lyme Regis, Bridport and the new River Cottage HQ.

This Lyme Regis B&B comprises two double bedrooms, one with a shower room ensuite and the other with a private bathroom. Both have colour television and tea and coffee making facilities.

A full, traditional English breakfast is available daily. Vegetarian options are available if requested and we aim to use locally produced organic or naturally grown food, wherever possible.

The spacious double room is south-facing and gets the morning sun. It has a dual aspect with french windows leading onto the balcony overlooking the garden and with views out across the valley to Coneygar. From the window visitors can be entertained by the antics of our horses and a variety of wildlife.

A colour TV and hospitality tray is provided with various types of tea and coffee and the ensuite shower room has a good supply of towels.
