The Old Dairy Farm is a new built bed and breakfast house offering 4 high quality en-suite rooms. As well as offering bed and breakfast accommodation for people visiting the area we can also offer high quality stabling for those keen riders who would like to bring their horse on holiday. Located close to Emsworth town centre, we have easy access to Portsmouth, Goodwood, Chichester and the surrounding areas.

Our 4 welcoming bed and breakfast rooms are fitted with en-suite facilities, the rooms have been decorated and furnished to a high standard giving a modern and contemporary feel ensuring a comfortable night stay.

For the keen horse rider we are also able to offer equestrian accommodation. Your horse will be catered for in one of our 12' x 12' stables, bedding is provided and the stable cleaned on a daily basis allowing you time to enjoy the beautiful Hampshire countryside with your horse.
