Jan & Roger would like to introduce you to their 4 Star Silver award-winning house.

The Stoneleigh is in a desirable location being a short walking distance from the town centre, the beach, train station, bus station and the rest of the amenities that Skegness has to offer.

We have also received a Breakfast Award from the Tourist Board!

We present a very high standard of clean, spacious accommodation, all rooms being fully en-suite with a shower and some with a bath, there are also large Superior rooms available. We have a licensed bar and a guest lounge for your relaxation.

We are a NON-SMOKING establishment with The Lincolnshire Clean Air Gold Award and have recently been awarded the prestigious Gold Food and Health Award as we offer a daily choice of healthy local home-cooked fresh produce including fresh Lincolnshire produce.

The house also has a distinction awarded from the Marquess Inspection Scheme.

We are open throughout the year and offer double, twin and single accommodation (a small supplement is charged for single occupancy). We very much regret that we are unable to accept bookings from parties of young people.

Spring and Autumn are wonderful times for a get-away break out of the traditional holiday season - prices are lower, the town is relatively quiet and the coastal weather is sometimes milder than inland.

At the Stoneleigh we welcome visitors all year round who wish to enjoy a comfortable weekend, week or mid-week break.

We are close to Seacroft Golf Course, a short ride from Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve and the Lincolnshire Wolds.

We are also just a short walk away from the cinema, seal sanctuary, amusement arcades, theatre, boating lake and unspoilt beaches.

If you enjoy shopping there are a wide range of specialist and local shops to choose from. We have a bustling market close by with many other attractions available to keep the whole family happy.
