The Sunningdale offers guests comfortable, good quality and excellent value accommodation in the beautiful coastal village of Bamburgh, Northumberland. Known as the Jewel in Northumberland’s Crown, Bamburgh Village is dominated by what is considered the most magnificent castle in England, The village is situated in the heart of the unspoilt coastline of Northumberland giving a beautiful and central location for visitors to enjoy the many wonderful attractions Northumberland has to offer. The Sunningdale is Family owned and offers a warm welcome to all, from couples and groups, to singles and families. There are 21 en-suite bedrooms, all of which are comfortably furnished and include colour televisions and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries. We have double, twin and single rooms, and a range of family rooms to cater for families of 3, 4 or 5 people. Our lounge is a beautiful bright room with comfortable sofas and more formal seating where you can relax throughout the day, with cakes on a lunch time, meals and a glass of wine on an evening, and enjoy reading the morning papers with your breakfast.
