A warm welcome awaits you at The Lawns Bed & Breakfast a traditional Cotswold Stone house built 16 years ago.

Set in the idyllic Cotswold village of Bourton-on-the-Water we are only an 8 minute walk away from the picturesque village centre.

We pride ourselves on style and comfort from our tastefully furnished and very spacious en suite rooms to our delicious English breakfast cooked fresh to order and served in our traditional dining room.

All our rooms have been recently refurbished and are individually decorated and furnished to a very high standard.

We have 2 Double Rooms on the first floor and 1 very spacious Family / Twin Room on the ground floor. All three rooms make up the cottage which is adjascent to the main house, they are all en-suite with colour T.V's, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryers and clock radio's.

We have ample parking spaces within the property.

No smoking / pets - thank you.

After a long day exploring the Cotswolds you can to sit and relax in our mature well stocked garden that overlooks the cotswold countryside, you can even stroke the horses in the field behind us if you can spot them.

The Cotswolds offer something for everyone, a romantic weekend for two or a family fun holiday.

We can organise Golfing, Fishing or even Horse riding for you, also a full array of information on the many local interests is available on arrival. Whether your looking for a pub lunch or a gourmet dinner there are plenty pubs and award winning restaurants in Bourton itself or the nearby surrounding villages to dine in, you'll be spoilt for choice.
