Sunnydene is a family run twenty three-bedroom 4 star guesthouse all with en- suite shower rooms.
We are located at the quieter part of town, just a couple of minutes walk from Great Yarmouth's famous Golden mile and the Venetian Waterways.
On your arrival you will be greeted by the proprietors Martin and Pam, and offered a refreshing cup of tea or coffee after your journey.
During your stay you are welcome to use our fully licensed bar located next to the television lounge, or just sit and relax watching television, the bar offers draught beer, lager and cider as well as a good choice of soft drinks.
During your stay why not visit the Venetian Waterways, Boating Lake , Sea Life Centre, The Marina complex and the 2 Piers all located along Great Yarmouth's golden mile, the hotel is located within easy reach of the town centre shops, market, racecourse, greyhound and stock car stadium, the local buses run every 10 minutes during the summer season and every 20 minutes out of season, there are bus stops located a couple of yards from the hotel
Every Wednesday during the summer season there is a free firework display at the jetty.
