Willoughby House offers excellent quality yet comfortably priced bed and breakfast accommodation in Newark, only 4 minutes walk to the local pub. Conveniently located close to Newark and the A1. Our rooms are spacious and comfortable and reflect the elegance of our period house, being beautifully furnished and equipped with en-suite and private bathrooms. Single occupancy from £70 per night and two people from £100 per night. Willoughby House provides luxury and comfort at affordable prices.

We offer four guest rooms in the House. All the rooms are spacious and luxuriously presented. All have en-suite bathrooms, except Harry's which has a private 5 piece bathroom. The Annexe has two further large rooms, Arthur's is a ground floor suite bedroom plus sitting room, and the spacious Master bedroom, complete with a dressing room/bathroom, is on the first floor.

Double Occupancy ........ from £100 to £120.00 per night inc full works breakfast
Family Rooms ................... ranges from 1 person £85 to £200 for 4, or £180 for 3, or £230 for 5

Children are very welcome. Dogs too for a supplement of £15 per pooch. For Infants, We have cots available for £10. To add an extra bed £45.

Honeymoon couples - Champagne breakfast can be served in bed, call Suzannah to discuss this.

Prices include a choice of Full English or Continental breakfast.

Good local pub - booking advisable. Plus many good alternative Pubs, or restaurants within a few miles .

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking which may be paid by BACS to Willoughby house. The deposit is refundable on a discretionary basis, if we are given sufficient warning and are able to re-let the rooms.
