Sleepyhollow bed and breakfast Leyland, is a detached house set in half an acre of land with nicely tended gardens, three stables and two paddocks. Dave and Lynn have converted the house to accommodate the couple requiring a double or two persons in a twin single room. They offer a very personal, 'home from home' Bed & Breakfast package to the discerning tourist.

Bed & Breakfast Includes

A fully fitted double en-suite with large walk in shower, wash basin and toilet. The room is equipped with a double bed, LCD T.V. and tea / coffee making facility and overlooks the gardens, paddocks and open country side to the rear of the house.
As above but a twin single with en-suite slipper bath, toilet and wash basin.
A visitors lounge complete with LCD T.V. and Broadband Computer or WiFi is available on request.
A breakfast in the 'Full English' tradition. Wonderful sausages, farm fresh bacon and free range eggs together with tomatoes, mushrooms and beans. Want more or less, just say! Juice and cereals to begin, toast, jam and coffee or tea to finish. A hearty meal fit for a King to start your day in the proper style.
