Lower Yelland Farm is a 4 Star B&B in Barnstaple.
The farmhouse was built in 1658 and was modernized to a high standard in 2000. All rooms (superking, twin, single and 4 poster beds all available) are en-suite, with colour TV and tea making facilities. There is a large lounge with TV, board games and Library. Ample parking is available in a private courtyard.

Prices from £30 per person based on 2 people sharing a double room. Single rates are from £37.50 including Full English Breakfast made with homemade bread, prize winning homemade jam and marmalade and free range eggs from our rescue chickens served in our beautiful oak beamed lounge.
Prices for family room on request. Single supplement applicable.
