A spacious detached house, Orchard Pond B&B offers three extremely comfortable bedrooms and delicious home cooking. It’s set back from the road in large secluded gardens with a pond, terrace and decking area, and the orchard is home to a small flock of chickens. You’re welcome to relax outside in the gardens or curl up in the large sitting-room: we want you to feel completely at home. Our location is within easy reach of Cambridge, Duxford Imperial War Museum and Newmarket, as well as business and research facilities such as Granta Park Abington, TWI, Chesterford Research Park, Genome Campus Hinxton, Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, Babraham Research Campus, Volvo Construction Duxford and Spicers Sawston. We’re also a convenient B&B for Stansted Airport and only an hour’s train ride from London Liverpool St. Free parking is available on our drive. Janet will readily lend you a bike, book you a taxi and can often give you a lift to the local train station or to Duxford’s popular air museum.
