We are a friendly , family run guest house offering relaxed accommodation in the quiet Lower Meads district of Eastbourne with unrestricted on road parking. We are ideally situated being only 100 metres from the beach , just 5 mins walk from the Eastbourne theatres and Devonshire Park , yet only a short walk from the town centre. Nearby Beachy Head and The South Downs National Park offers superb walking with fantastic scenery or join us on one of our fully guided birdwatching breaks. All rooms are en-suite with colour TV, full central heating, hospitality tray and free wi-fi access. Our 9 guest bedrooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard offering you maximum comfort during your stay. All rooms have crisp cotton linen, duvets to snuggle under, fluffy towels and fine english made toiletries. There are also spare blankets and pillows too.
