Comfortable Bed & Breakfast at a family farm location 3 miles east of the historic market town of Newark, only a few minutes from Newark Showground.

Our Rooms include:-

The Dovecote is a comfortable first floor double bedroom with a vanity basin. Bathroom is adjacent to the room.

The Granary is a spacious light airy first floor twin bedded room with a vanity basin. Bathroom is adjacent to the room. There are panoramic views over an adjacent grazing meadow frequently occupied by cattle. It can be linked with the Hayloft as a family suite.

The Hayloft is a charming first floor double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower, and separate access staircase. It can be linked with the Granary to a spacious family suite.

The Parlour is a twin bedded room on the ground floor with an en suite bathroom and shower. The room is particularly enhanced by it panoramic view over an adjacent grazing meadow, frequently occupied by cattle.

The Piggery is a twin bedded ground floor room with its own access and en suite bathroom with shower. Ideal for short stays in the Newark area.

Single occupancy is from £50

A good wholesome farmhouse breakfast is served in our comfortable dining room; we use locally sourced produce and free range eggs and offer a substantial menu.

Easy access from the main A1 trunk road and the A17 east coast road.
