We are perfectly located for the NEC (Birmingham LG arena), Warwick University, Kenilworth, the National Agricultural Centre, Warwick and Stratford with free internet access.
Some say the best bed and breakfast they have ever stayed in. It's modern, quiet, clean and extremely comfortable. 3 luxury ensuite bedrooms, and a spacious breakfast sitting room can accommodate up to 6, and is a perfect get away from the stresses of the business works.
Our rooms are light, airy and spacious, and all is fresh and new.
Prices are from £32.50 per person per night & include a full English Breakfast. Single occupancy is from £45 per room per night. We charge a £5 supplement for one night bookings.
