Sunseeker Bungalow enjoys an enviable position, in a quiet residential area of Newlyn, a traditional Cornish fishing port.

Newlyn is only a mile away from Penzance, but offers all the local amenities you could wish for in a self catering holiday. From the Western shores of Mounts Bay, to its colourful harbour and vibrant local community boasting shops, fish markets, galleries, cafes, pubs and restaurants, Newlyn has plenty to offer - and it makes an excellent base from which to sightsee and take in the best of West Cornwall.

From its elevated position, detached Sunseeker Bungalow affords amazing coastal views from many of its rooms and the wrap around garden - complete with terraces - is the ideal place to dine alfresco or take in the views with a glass of wine.

The property has two double bedrooms: a master bedroom (with a 6' bed or two singles if preferred) with ensuite bathroom and bedroom two with a double bed, so it's perfect for families or two couples holidaying together.

The light and airy dining kitchen has just been refurbished with a brand new kitchen including solid oak worktops, integral appliances and a dining table with superb views.

Sunseeker Bungalow offers every convenience, including a basement room including automatic washing machine and storage space for surfboards and bikes.

A welcome basket will be waiting for you upon your arrival and locally there are numerous shops, a supermarket and eateries so you can eat out and sample local specialities or self cater to suit.
