Linda and Keith extend a warm and friendly welcome to Lavenders Blue, situated on the outskirts and overlooking the Regency town of Sidmouth we enjoy views of Salcombe Hill and out to sea. Whether your intentions are to tour the Jurrassic Coast line which was awarded status of a World Heritage Site in 2001, visit the world famous Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary, or just preamble along the Prom we can assure you of a relaxing and comfortable stay. Our aim has always been to ensure that our guests will want to return again and again! They have ... now can you resist.


Our rates are based £40.00 per person per night with two adults sharing a Double room and include breakfast

Double En-suite Room £80 per night for bookings of 1 to 5 nights (based on two adults sharing) inc breakfasts

Double en Suite Room for bookings of 6 nights plus £75 per night
(based on two adults sharing) inc breakfasts.

Double En-suite Room for a single occupancy £65 per night inc breakfast.

We are not able to offer single occupancy rates during the months of July August or September when we have to charge full room rate of £80 inc breakfast

During June ,July, August, & September we can only accept a minimum booking of 2 nights at weekends


We do not have Family Rooms and therefore do not take children under 16 years of age, children over 16 would be required to occupy a room of their own at the above rates.


ACCESSABILITY

All external areas,parking and pedestrian, have gravelled surfaces.We have sufficient parking for all of our guests There are 5 steps up to our front door and a hand rail is fitted for extra support, All our rooms are at ground floor level, all room doors are standard width of 72cm with no thresholds, All rooms have en/suites which are fitted with Double 120cm walk in Showers with a tray height of 16cm
