Each room has an en-suite, rooms 1/2/3 are wet rooms which are wheelchair friendly, all rooms have TV with Free view, Safe, all towels provided Rooms 1/2/3 are conjoined so can be unlocked for the larger families or groups if needed. Room 1 Super king double + 1x single (sleeps 3 ) Room 2 Standard double + 1x single (sleeps 3) Room 3 Super king double + 1x single (sleeps 3) Room 4 Standard double + 2x single (sleeps 2 adults & 2 children under 12) Room 5 Standard double + 2x single + small child's bed (sleeps 2 adults & 3 children under 12) Room 6 Modern comfortable standard double + single futon bed (sleeps 3) Room 7 Modern comfortable standard double + single futon bed (sleeps 3) All rooms have WiFi (which is AirBand) Please note- Super king bedded rooms have the option to be made into two single beds (WITH NOTICE).Travel cots are available on request bedding is not supplied. . You can also enjoy your breakfast in our newly built orangery room with double sided log burner overlooking our landscaped pond area. Also on site is a large games room, with pool table, table tennis. Our central location gives you an ideal base to explore the beautiful Devon/Cornwall Coast inc- Bude, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Boscastle, Dartmoor, Padstowe and more! There is also a vast array of activities to enjoy in the local area including water activities tennis, archery, bowls, golf, fishing and of course a beautiful coastline.
