Upon entering The Grange building on the ground floor, a staircase leads you up to the first floor, where Larkrise Penthouse Apartment front door is located. A further staircase opens up to a lofty open plan living/dining/kitchen space which gives you extensive views over the surrounding countryside and coast. The well equipped kitchen provides for all your needs with fridge/freezer, electric hob & oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and dish-washer. After sharing a meal round the dining table, snuggle up on sofas to watch films on the Smart TV. The three bedrooms offer various combinations suitable for families or friends: one with super-king zip-and-link beds (which can be made in twins on request) has Smart TV and ensuite shower and WC; one with king size zip-and-link bed which can be converted to 2”6’ twins if so desired; and one twin with 2”6’ zip-and-link beds that can be joined into a king size on request. The second bathroom is equipped with free standing bath, separate shower and WC. Towels and linen are provided.
