The Old Rectory is situated in the quieter centre of Brean, and is within walking distance of the main attractions which tend to be situated on the edge of the village. The property benefits from a seasonal licenced tearoom and bar (April - September) located in a large conservatory overlooking the private partially walled gardens, seating 40 covers inside and 60+ outside in the tea /beer garden. The Old Rectory located with an acre site, including attractive gardens with fish pond, play area and car parking facilities. The property is adjacent to the medieval St.Bridgets Church. The property is situated just 400 metres from the 7 mile stretch of Brean Sands and 1 mile from Brean Down.
